Miho has been wonderful about eating whatever I put in front of her. I thought I would surprise her tonight and make some traditional Japanese food. I found simple recipes, went to the Asian market near school for ingredients, followed the instructions to a "T," and was dubbed an excellent cook tonight by the expert. Of course, she's very kind, so I don't know if the assessment was very honest or accurate.
